Micheline Caron

Micheline Caron is Director of Environment and Sustainable Development for the Quebec Mining Association. In this capacity, she supports and advises members on environmental and community relations issues, as well as representing them in dealings with various levels of government and socio-economic players. In particular, she is responsible for the implementation and development of the Towards Sustainable Mining initiative with mining companies in operation that are members of the Association. Caron holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Université Laval and a master’s degree in environmental sciences from UQAM.
