Mélanie Beaudette
Mélanie Beaudette holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s degree in Earth sciences from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique. Her master’s research focused on the volcanology, stratigraphy, and geochemistry of the Parent Group in the Ungava Orogen. From 2017 to 2022, she worked at the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts as a project co-leader in regional mapping in the regions of the Ungava Orogen and the Abitibi Subprovince, specifically in the Chapais-Chibougamau region, while also contributing to the development of field laboratories. Since 2022, she has been involved in various strategic files, particularly those related to the dissemination of geoscientific information and the international promotion of Quebec’s mining sector.
