Médéric Lafleur

Médéric Lafleur is a Senior OT, AI, and Digital Transformation Specialist at Agnico Eagle. With experience spanning both mining operations and corporate technology, he helps transform industrial data into scalable solutions that drive operational performance across the business.

After contributing to the deployment of digital infrastructure, automation, and tele-operation systems at the Meliadine mine in Nunavut, he specialized in industrial data platforms, advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and artificial intelligence. Today, his work focuses on scaling digital transformation initiatives across multiple mining operations by leveraging data, cloud technologies, and AI to improve safety, reliability, and decision-making.

Médéric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Management at ÉTS Montréal. He serves as a bridge between operations, technology, and business strategy.
