Marco Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon, a geology graduate from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, is a seasoned mineral exploration professional with over 30 years of experience, half of which was spent with established mining companies. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Board for Arianne Phosphate Inc. and as a Strategic and Technical Advisor for Probe Gold Inc. Previously, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Director of Probe Gold Inc. (2016–2025), and President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Adventure Gold Inc. (2007–2016). From 2004 to 2007, he served as Vice President of Exploration and Acquisitions for Vior Inc. Mining Exploration Company. Prior to 2004, Mr. Gagnon spent 10 years with Inmet Mining Corporation, developing specialized expertise in designing, implementing, and managing gold and base metal exploration campaigns across Eastern Canada and on international projects. Earlier in his career, he also contributed his expertise to Barrick Gold, Minnova, and Radisson Mining Resources. In addition, Mr. Gagnon served as President of the Québec Mineral Exploration Association (AEMQ) from 2007 to 2009.
