Louis Bienvenu

Mr. Louis Bienvenu is a mining engineer and has worked for 51 years in mining engineering, including 12 years in underground and open-pit mines and 39 years with the MRNF. He was responsible for setting up the MRNF-FRQ research program in 2013 and has been monitoring it ever since.
