Jérôme Lavoie

Mr. Jérôme Lavoie is a geological engineer with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration. He holds a master’s degree in economic geology from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. He was a researcher at CONSOREM from 2016 to 2021. Most recently, he worked for Harfang Exploration as chief engineer. He joined the new metallogeny team of the Direction de l’acquisition des connaissances géoscientifiques of the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts in 2023 and is responsible for the Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory.
