Jean Goutier

Jean Goutier graduated from the université de Montréal in geology (1983, 1989). Since 1990, he has supervised regional geological mapping campaigns in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Eeyou Istchee Baie-James for Géologie Québec. His work has been recognized by the Ministère (marteau d’or); the OGQ (marteau d’or) and the AEMQ (Jean Descarreaux prize). Since 2019, he has been self-employed, working for URSTM, CONSOREM and mining companies.
