Jean-Félix Lepage

Jean-Félix Lepage obtained his bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Université Laval and holds a technical college diploma in mineral processing from CEGEP de Thetford. He has more than 10 years’ experience in mining and in the optimization of processes, projects and activities. Mr. Lepage most recently worked for Newmont Corporation in a variety of operational roles. Mr. Lepage began his career as a plant metallurgist, then became a mine superintendent where he managed underground mining operations at Newmont. Recognized for his ability to handle multiple priorities in highly dynamic situations, he leads the team responsible for bringing the Marban Alliance project from feasibility study to production.
