Helen Harper is the head of legacy assets, North America, at Glencore. Based in Canada, she manages the closure of mining and metallurgical assets, their reclamation and stakeholder engagement. In Canada, the closed sites she manages are located primarily in Québec, Ontario, British Columbia and New Brunswick.
