Guy Belleau

With over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, Guy Belleau is an exceptional senior executive who has held strategic positions in some of the largest mining companies in Quebec and Canada.

During his career, he has held the positions of Operations Manager for ArcelorMittal Mines Canada, General Manager of Mines for Falco Resources, and General Manager of Mines for Goldcorp’s Éléonore mine, where he oversaw all stages of mine construction and mining.

He was also one of the key players in the successful negotiations with local Aboriginal communities and the public hearings held by the project’s Environmental and Social Impact Review Committee (COMEX).

Mining engineer by trade, Guy Belleau also chaired the board of directors of the Institut national des mines du Québec (INMQ) from 2018 to 2022.

He is delighted to be contributing to the mobility of the future and is very proud that Quebec is spearheading this global revolution.
