Gillian Holcroft

Gillian Holcroft received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and has over 30 years’ experience in advanced chemical and metallurgical processing. She has been actively involved in technology commercialization, contract management, securing investments, business development and establishing strategic partnerships. In recognition of her leadership, Holcroft received CIM’s 2019 MetSoc Environmental Award and, in 2021, was a CIM Distinguished Lecturer. She is president of ReThink Milling and, for the past 5 years, as innovation manager for CMIC treatment, she has headed the efforts of the CAHM consortium.
