Erik Ryan is a seasoned executive who brings extensive experience acquired in major international public corporations, where he served for over a decade on executive committees working closely with boards of directors. Known for his ability to rally teams and build consensus, he is a strategic leader who excels at resolving complex issues and developing innovative, high value-added solutions.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully spearheaded growth strategies, major negotiations, organizational transformations, mergers and acquisitions and complex integration projects. He has also played a key role in critical crisis management, corporate reputation management and major brand repositioning.

Passionate about the energy transition, he possesses specialized expertise in the hydroelectricity, nuclear and solar sectors, as well as in government relations and stakeholder engagement at all levels. As a unifying communicator and builder of multidisciplinary teams, he inspires collaboration with a view to seizing opportunities and tackling long-term challenges.
