Éliane Roux-Blanchette

Éliane Roux-Blanchette holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources Law, and a Master of Business Administration. She practised as a contract lawyer, primarily in the fields of environmental and natural resources law, before joining the Direction de l’encadrement minier et de la coordination of the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts in 2023. Éliane is a member of the working group responsible for coordinating legislative and regulatory amendments in the mining sector.
