Dominique Doucet

Mr. Doucet holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained in 1982. A mining entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector, he founded Sirios Resources in 1994, serving as president and chief executive officer until February 2026. He currently serves as executive chair of the board of directors and head of exploration. Since the 1980s, Mr. Doucet has generated and directed numerous exploration programs in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec, leading to the discovery of several mineralized zones, most notably the Cheechoo and Aquilon gold deposits.
