David Euser

David Euser is Vice President, Strategy at Candu Energy, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that position the company at the forefront of nuclear innovation. His focus includes building strategic partnerships—such as those linking nuclear energy with the medical sector and key suppliers—and strengthening industries vital to the long-term sustainability of CANDU reactors.

Since joining Candu Energy in 2012, David has contributed to nuclear and non-nuclear projects, including reactor tooling delivery, early scopes for the Bruce Major Component Replacement, and project/engineering management for the Montréal REM light rail project. He recently served as Project Director and General Manager for several new reactor programs, supporting AtkinsRéalis’ global energy portfolio.

With a background in engineering, project management, and new product introduction, David brings deep expertise in infrastructure delivery and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and works closely with international stakeholders to ensure excellence in nuclear program development.
