Dave Rhéaume

Dave Rhéaume was appointed Executive Vice President – Energy and Regulatory Strategy and Industrial Operations in 2025. In this role, he manages the activities surrounding the company’s energy strategy. Most notably, he is responsible for electricity supply, regulatory and rate strategies, the energy trading floor and agreements with other jurisdictions. He is also in charge of developing energy efficiency programs designed to support Québec’s objectives in terms of decarbonization and economic development. Previously, Mr. Rhéaume held the position of Executive Vice President – Energy Planning and Customer Experience in 2023 after having acted as Vice President – Integrated Energy Needs Planning and Risk Management in 2022. He worked for Énergir from 2009 to 2018. Mr. Rhéaume sits on the board of Théâtre du Nouveau Monde and the Fondation de l’Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur Montréal He has also sat on the boards of various Canadian and American energy companies.
