Danny Baril

UQAT

Danny Baril is currently a research assistant at the School of Indigenous Studies at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) and a PhD student in Indigenous Studies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from University of Sherbrooke and a master’s degree in indigenous studies from UQAT. He is currently interested in the best practices in culturally-relevant training programs for Indigenous people in the mining sector. His research also focuses on the Canadian Arctic history.
