Christopher Andrey is Associate Director of Artelys in Brussels, and has been managing consulting projects in the energy sector for over 10 years. As part of his activities, he works with clients all along the value chain (ministries, network operators, project developers, etc.) on topics ranging from the development of energy transition scenarios to the cost-benefit analysis of concrete projects (RNE, storage, interconnections, electrolysers, etc.). In particular, Christopher has developed an expertise in the interactions between energy vectors and their consideration in the evaluation of investment options. Each year, he also leads a number of economic studies supporting the development of European energy and climate policies. In addition to his PhD in physics, Andrey recently obtained a Certificate of Excellence from the Florence School of Regulation on the subject of network codes.
