CIMA+

Christophe Jenkins is an associate partner and senior consultant within the Sustainability and Decarbonization Strategic Consulting and Advisory team at CIMA+. Drawing on over 12 years of experience, he specializes in adaptation to climate change, climate risk and vulnerability assessment, decarbonization and greenhouse gas emissions quantification and reduction.

He works with public and private organizations—particularly in the mining, industrial, municipal and infrastructure sectors—to integrate climate and sustainability issues into the planning, design and management of their infrastructure and investments. His multidisciplinary background in biology and environmental sciences enables him to bridge the gap between technical and scientific analysis and strategic decision-making, converting climate risks and decarbonization goals into concrete action plans tailored to clients’ operational and organizational realities.

His approach is also grounded in the importance of integrating rigorous financial and business planning into the climate transition. He thus focuses on integrating technical, environmental and financial considerations into strategies, roadmaps and business plans that help prioritize pragmatic, actionable and value-creating projects. This approach aims to support organizations in moving from ambition to implementation, deploying their capital efficiently to build infrastructure resilience, reduce emissions and advance their long-term objectives.
