Caroline De Vit
Caroline De Vit is Senior Director, Business Development and Industrial Strategy at Hydro-Québec. Her mandate focuses on supporting the energy transition of large industrial and manufacturing customers, leading energy procurement activities in Québec and contributing to economic strategy to ensure optimal management of available energy.
Over the past 15 years, Caroline has worked in the field of energy transition, developing energy and decarbonization strategies. Over the past 10 years, she has supported various governments, as well as companies and investors in the energy and natural resources sectors, as a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, her work took her to Europe, Africa and Latin America for the United Nations and other government institutions, which she advised on economic development and climate change policies.
Caroline holds an MBA and two master’s degrees, in environmental law and in international policy.
