Carmine Zanni

As Director of Professional Services, Carmine holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He has over 25 years of experience with STIQ, during which time he helped develop the DiagnoSTIQ tool and questionnaire and conducted hundreds of assessments of manufacturing companies. He has implemented various improvement programs for manufacturing SMEs, enabling hundreds of them to embark on a continuous improvement journey and launch concrete projects to boost their competitiveness. He has also managed IT development projects for applications related to supplier management. He has conducted supplier and subcontractor searches to meet the procurement needs of various contracting companies and helps facilitate business networks across a wide range of sectors.
