Alex Demers

Alex Demers leads strategic development for Pomerleau’s Major Projects division, where he also heads the procurement function, overseeing more than a billion dollars in annual commitments. With over twenty years on major infrastructure and energy projects in Canada and internationally, he has sat on all three sides of the table: client, constructor and subcontractor. That perspective helps Pomerleau build partnerships where risk is properly shared and value is real for everyone. He now leads Pomerleau’s expansion into the nuclear sectors, championing collaborative delivery models that are changing the way Québec and Canada builds.
