Agathe Vialle

MELCCFP

Agathe Vialle is Director of Expertise in Recovery and Disposal at the Québec Ministry of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP). She leads a team responsible for developing expertise and regulatory frameworks related to residual materials management.

An agronomist with a Ph.D. in Forest Sciences from Université Laval, she has experience in environmental management, innovation, and regulatory development. Her work focuses on the conditions that enable residual materials to be transformed into valuable resources while supporting the transition toward a circular economy.

During this panel, she will bring the MELCCFP’s perspective on the environmental and regulatory challenges and opportunities associated with the development of new recycling and recovery pathways.v
