Section 47
No forest development activity may take place in the following wildlife habitats:- a caribou calving area north of the 52nd parallel;
- a cliff inhabited by a colony of birds;
- a muskrat habitat;
- the site where a heronry’s nests are located;
- an island or peninsula inhabited by a colony of birds;
- a salt lick.
