It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.<\/p>\n<p>The directive has been adopted under the provisions of sections 61 and 207 of the Mining Act (R.S.Q., c. Users must be preferred members of GESTIM (membership takes effect between five and ten days after application.)<\/p>\n<p>N. B. Holders of sand and gravel extraction titles whose sites are located on lands in the domain of the State in<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Delegation_sand-gravel.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\u00a0administrative regions that have signed a sand and gravel extraction management delegation agreement\">\u00a0administrative regions that have signed a sand and gravel extraction management delegation agreement<\/a> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/picto-pdf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"16\" \/>\u00a0are not bound by this procedure.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h_642821339151646685131716\">Documents provided for filing a notice of staking<\/h2>\n<p><strong>As of April 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02011, the documents provided with the notice of staking shall be provided in accordance with the following directive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This directive will be in effect as of April 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02011. It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.<\/p>\n<p>The directive has been adopted under the provisions of section\u00a048 of the Mining Act (R.S.Q., c.
