It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.<\/p>\n<p>The balance of an application will be reimbursed upon written request to the Division du Registre ODM and must specify &#8220;Refund&#8221; in the subject line. The written notice must specify the amount of the reimbursement and the application number.
