Registration of mining rights transfers<\/h2>\n

Required Documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This directive will be in effect as of April 1<\/strong>st<\/sup><\/strong>, 2003.\u00a0<\/strong>It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.<\/p>\n

The directive has been adopted under the provisions of section 13 of the\u00a0Mining Act<\/em>\u00a0(R.S.Q., c. M-13.1).<\/p>\n

  • The filing of an application for the registration of a transfer of mining rights by a Corporation must be accompanied with a resolution of its board of directors allowing the delegate to act on its behalf.<\/li>\n
  • The filing of an application for the registration of a transfer of mining rights by an Individual must be accompanied with a letter signed by him allowing the delegate to act on his behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Request of registration of mining rights transfer and other act relative to those rights.<\/h2>\n

    Required fees<\/h3>\n

    The request of registration of mining rights transfers and other acts relative to those rights must be accompanied with required fees fixed by regulation. Any request submitted without payment in full will be refused, section 14 of the\u00a0Mining Act<\/em> (R.S.Q., c. M-13.1).<\/p>\n
