Since December 10, 2013, regional offices can no longer receive documents and provide services of a legal nature relating to the Mining Act. Accordingly, the following Mines services have been discontinued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reception of legal documents: work declarations, lease applications, title transfer applications and related instruments<\/li>\n<li>Issuance and renewal of prospecting licenses<\/li>\n<li>Any financial transaction or request for information in the client account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All legal documents must be sent directly by the client to the Direction des titres miniers et des syst\u00e8mes (DTMS), in Qu\u00e9bec. The date of receipt is the official date of filing of the document.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that many services are available on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gestim.mines.gouv.qc.ca\/MRN_GestimP_Presentation\/ODM02101_login.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GESTIM Plus website<\/a> <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/picto-fleche.png\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" alt=\"Ce lien s'ouvrira dans un nouvel fen\u00eatre.\" class=\"wp-image-4814 alignnone size-full\" \/>. They include electronic forms to apply for staking tags and exploration licenses. You can check your account balance under My Documents and My Balance and Profile. Depuis le 10 d\u00e9cembre 2013, les bureaux r\u00e9gionaux ne sont plus habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 recevoir et \u00e0 traiter des dossiers de nature l\u00e9gale relatifs \u00e0 la Loi sur les mines. De ce fait, les services li\u00e9s aux mines suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9s :\n<ul>\n\t<li>R\u00e9ception de documents l\u00e9gaux : d\u00e9clarations de travaux, demandes de baux, demandes de transfert de titres et actes relatifs;<\/li>\n\t<li>D\u00e9livrance et renouvellement de permis de prospection;<\/li>\n\t<li>Toute transaction financi\u00e8re ou demande d'information dans le compte client.<\/li>\n\t<li>Tous les documents l\u00e9gaux doivent \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9s directement par le client \u00e0 la Direction des titres miniers et des syst\u00e8mes (DTMS) \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec.
