Growing demand for these resources \u2014 which are essential to clean technologies, advanced manufacturing sectors, and defense applications \u2014 is intensifying global competition and leading to an increase in protectionist measures, trade restrictions imposed by certain global actors, as well as international cooperation initiatives aimed at promoting reliable and sustainable supply chains.<\/p>\n<p>This session will examine the key international issues related to supply chain resilience, the diversification of supply sources, and the development of strategic reserves.
