It can diversify the energy mix and increase the resilience of the energy ecosystem throughout Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n
To optimize the use of forest biomass resources available at the regional level, various options must be considered for overcoming barriers to connecting all parts of the value chain.<\/p>\n
