Section 154<\/h1>\n

Where forest development activities are carried out by the holder of a forestry permit issued for public utility works, the permit holder must remove waste, debris and other litter from the surface of the site.\"\" The site must be left in conditions conducive to the rapid establishment of the natural regeneration.\"\"<\/p>\n

      The site must be left in conditions conducive to the rapid establishment of the natural regeneration. Consequently, in some cases, the soil must be refurbished by the addition of organic matter and topsoil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
