Section 62<\/h1>\n

The provisions of this Chapter apply to forests roads over all the territory referred to in section 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, they do not apply to roads under the management of the Minister responsible for the Act respecting roads \"This<\/a>\u00a0(chapter V-9) that are classified as autoroutes or national roads, regional roads or collector roads, except the provisions of Division V regarding sandpits comprised in sections 118 to 123<\/a>.\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n
