Prohibited construction, improvement or repair<\/p>\n<h1>Section 91<\/h1>\n<p>Sections <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-89\/\">89<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-90\/\">90<\/a> do not apply if the work referred to in those sections are authorized as part of an activity or a project for which a certificate of authorization was issued following a decision of the authority concerned made under section 31.5, 164 or 201 of the <a title=\"This link opens a new window\" href=\"http:\/\/legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/ShowDoc\/cs\/Q-2#se:31_5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Environment Quality Act <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/lien_externe.png\" alt=\"This link opens a new window\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 (chapter Q-2).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/drapeau-texte.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"disposition\">\n<h2>1<\/h2>\n<h4>Objective<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To allow certain forest development activities in or near a particular place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Additional information<\/h4>\n<p>Sections <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-89\/\">89<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-90\/\">90<\/a> cover the following work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>construction of a bridge or culvert or installation of a removable structure in a spawning ground or within the first 100 metres upstream of a spawning ground indicated in the numeric information layers used for forest planning;<\/li>\n<li>construction, improvement or repair of a bridge or culvert or installation of a removable structure in a salmonid watercourse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When a certificate of authorization has been issued under the <a title=\"This link opens a new window\" href=\"http:\/\/legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/ShowDoc\/cs\/Q-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Environment Quality Act <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/lien_externe.png\" alt=\"This link opens a new window\" \/><\/a>\u00a0for work covered by sections <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-89\/\">89<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-90\/\">90<\/a>, the work must also be authorized by the Minister responsible for\u00a0the <a title=\"This link opens a new window\" href=\"http:\/\/legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/ShowDoc\/cs\/A-18.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sustainable Forest Development Act <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/lien_externe.png\" alt=\"This link opens a new window\" \/><\/a>\u00a0.
