Facilities used to operate a sugar bush<\/p>\n\n<h1>Section 130<\/h1>\nThe installation of a building and the motorized equipment necessary for the cultivation and operation of a sugar bush is prohibited within 30 m from an open peat bog, a swamp, a riparian shrub marsh, a lake or a watercourse. The distance is measured from the perimeter of the peat bog, swamp or marsh or the upper limit of the shore of the lake or the bank of the watercourse.
