Piling area<\/p>\n\n<h1>Section 127<\/h1>\nA person who has carried out the timber cutting and has set up a piling area must, before 1 September following the harvest year, spread over the piling area the organic matter piled during the laying out and leave the site in conditions conducive to the rapid establishment of the natural regeneration.\n\nThis section does not apply to a piling area referred to in <a href=\"\/en\/RADF\/guide\/chapter-v\/section-125\/\">section 125<\/a> where it is planned that the area will be used again within a period of 25 years or less. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/drapeau-texte.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\n<div class=\"disposition\">\n<h2>1<\/h2>\n<h4>Objectives<\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>To ensure that forest production is resumed on the site<\/li>\n \t<li>To promote natural regeneration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Additional information<\/h4>\nThe site must be left in a condition conducive to the rapid establishment of natural regeneration.
