General<\/p>\n<h1>Section 65<\/h1>\n<p>Every person who intends to do repair work on a road, bridge or culvert must, at least 7 days before the work is to begin, send to the Minister a written notice describing the intended work and showing the place and date of beginning of the work. <strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/drapeau-texte.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"disposition\">\n<h2>1<\/h2>\n<h4>Objective<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To allow for regulatory compliance to be checked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Additional information<\/h4>\n<p>Repair work on a road, bridge or culvert is governed by several sections of the Regulation.
