Section 17<\/h1>\n

The following trails may not be used for hauling or trucking purposes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. hiking trails forming part of an ecological or nature interpretation centre or of a concentrated network of hiking trails;<\/li>\n
  2. access trails to a scenic outlook and hiking trails of an outlying circuit of a concentrated network of hiking trails or interregional trail, deforested specifically for those purposes;<\/li>\n
  3. trails intended for motorized all-terrain vehicles, portage trails of boat access route to trapping grounds and portage trails comprised in a canoe-kayak-camping course, developed specifically or those purposes;<\/li>\n

      Explanations<\/h4>\n

      The trails mentioned in subsections 1 to 4 cannot be used for hauling or trucking purposes. However, for this to apply, the trails must have been developed specifically for the purpose shown. For example, the prohibition would not apply to a snowmobile trail established on a multi-purpose road originally developed to transport wood.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
