\u00a73 – Visual setting<\/p>\n

Section 13<\/h1>\n

A visual setting of 3 km must be preserved around the following places and territories:<\/p>\n

  1. a developed campground with at least 8 camping lots;<\/li>\n
  2. a scenic outlook;<\/li>\n
  3. a developed campground with at least 8 camping lots;<\/li>\n
  4. an accommodation centre;<\/li>\n
  5. the boundaries of a town;<\/li>\n
  6. a reception station;<\/li>\n
  7. a complementary vacation site;<\/li>\n
  8. a grouped vacation site;<\/li>\n
  9. a projected site or place, referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4, 6 to 8 and 10 and indicated in the regional plan for the development of the public territory \"Ce<\/a><\/li>\n
  10. \u00a0\u2013 recreation and tourism sector \u2013 or in a regional plan for integrated land and resource development;<\/li>\n
  11. a downhill skiing station.\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
