A person holding a forestry permit may carry out forest development activities as part of wildlife, recreational or agricultural development projects:<\/p>\n
\n- on or around a Native portage trail (section 19<\/a>);<\/li>\n
- in the 40,000 m\u00b2 area around a Native campground installed on a trapping ground (section 20<\/a>);<\/li>\n
- in the 4,000 m\u00b2 area around a Native campground or group of Native campgrounds installed on a trapping ground in a beaver reserve (section 21<\/a>);<\/li>\n
- in the area measuring 40 m wide by 100 m long, on the shore of a lake or the bank of a watercourse near which a Native gathering or sojourn area has been established (section 22<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
