This Regulation applies to forests in the domain of the State up to the northern limit of the forest tundra.<\/p>\n

    All forest development activities performed in the area of forest indicated in this section are subject to the Regulation respecting the sustainable development of forests in the domain of the State.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
