The R\u00e8glement sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement durable des for\u00eats du domaine de l\u2019\u00c9tat came into force on April 1, 2018. This R\u00e8glement replaces the Regulation respecting standards of forest management in the domain of the state.<\/p>\n

The guide is designed to facilitate an understanding of the new regulatory requirements and provide access to the training necessary for the application of the regulation. The guide is primarily intended for minist\u00e8re des For\u00eats, de la Faune et des Parcs personnel as well as those of the other ministries involved, academic institutions, and businesses and organizations working in crown forests.<\/p>\n

The guide explains the R\u00e8glement sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement durable des for\u00eats du domaine de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Its structure comprises regulation chapters and appendices, presented so that the reader can quickly and easily locate specific information. It also presents information on possible exceptions to forest standards under the Sustainable Forest Development Act and provides access to training on the regulations.<\/p>\n
