Geoscience Research Challenge — Flash Presentations by Master’s and Doctoral Students
Wednesday, November 19, 2025
Room 304AB – SOQUEM
This session of the Geoscience Research Challenge features flash presentations by master’s and doctoral students.
Each year, as part of Québec Mines + Énergie, graduate students in geosciences (earth sciences, mining and metallurgical engineering, environment) are invited to participate in the Geoscience Research Challenge.
The challenge allows students to present their research in the form of scientific communications, by:
- creating a poster displayed in the Geoscientific Pavillion;
- and giving a flash presentation in front of a jury and the public.
Five scholarship awards will be presented to the winners by Québec Mines + Énergie in collaboration with SOQUEM.
