Summary:
This document briefly presents the Regional Public Land-Use Plan (RPLUP). It contains a description of the mission and mandates of the Department, a definition of the RPLUP, its role and its goals, as well as the strengths of a RPLUP: increased cooperation with partners, harmonious development of land-use, consultation with community partners.
