Submitting a Request for Access to Information
If you do not find the information you want in the Access to information section, you must contact the officer in charge of access to information, specifying the document(s) you wish to obtain and providing your name, address and telephone number.
You may use the attached model letter to facilitate this process.
Processing Your Request for Access to Documents
When your request is received, you will receive an acknowledgement.
The decision of the officer in charge of access to information will be sent to you in writing within 20 days of the date on which your request was received, with some exceptions (a 10-day extension may be granted with prior notice).
