Access to Information
The Department is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information 
(C.Q.L.R., c. A-2.1). It is also subject to the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information. A section of the Department’s website is devoted specifically to section 4, to facilitate application. The website of the Commission d’accès à l’information contains a summary (in French only) of the rights and obligations arising from the Access to documents and Protection of personal information components of the Act and Regulation.
